Dockweiler State Beach features a three mile long shoreline. The wide beach is beneath the takeoff path from Los Angeles International Airport. Fire Pits are this beach’s biggest attraction.

No vehicles or other equipment on turf, unless otherwise approved by DBH.

Driving scenes may be allowed between Lifeguard Towers 59 & 60, from October through April. See beach conditions for additional information.

Summer Restrictions

Beaches and Harbors will not approve filming or parking on weekends at County owned/operated beaches  during the summer season from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
