This section of beach is only for towers at Ave 18 – Ave 21 and parking at N Venice Blvd lot. 

No filming at Breakwater Lifeguard Tower or Ave 23 Tower.

Venice Boardwalk and Recreation Center are LA City Recreation and Parks property.

Summer Restrictions

During the Summer Season Beaches and Harbors will not approve filming or parking on weekends at County owned/operated beaches or at property located in the City of Marina del Rey.  This also includes Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day weekends.

No permits approved for this area during Summer Season.
